Refund & Return Policy

At Trowio, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Be in its original packaging with any tags attached.
  • Include proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).

Please do not return any item without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address once your request has been reviewed and approved.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at trowio.support@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalised or custom-made products.
  • Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened or used.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final sale items (unless faulty).

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before making a return request.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order after your return has been approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at trowio.support@gmail.com.


UK Customers

This policy applies to orders placed within the United Kingdom. Your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer laws are not affected by this policy.
